Why did BYE! Nutrition became a partner of Tour du ALS
Melvin (co-owner):
We are delighted to be able to support tour du ALS
Being confronted with the disease ALS this happened to me 7 years ago.
My old employer Ben van Dijk and father of good friend was diagnosed with ALS.
This did come in, a man who was always very vital and entrepreneurial with endless energy. He fought against the disease for a long time but eventually lost the battle. When I was asked to participate in Tour du ALS, I did not have to think long about it and we signed up with a group of friends to walk and cycle up the mountain. Captivated by the togetherness of the volunteers and participants, as owner of the sports nutrition brand BYE! Nutrition, I felt like I could and wanted to do more. After talking with my partner, we decided to provide Tour du ALS with sports nutrition so that each participant would have enough fuel to complete this achievement. We are proud to be a partner of Tour du ALS and hope that with our contribution we can help to eradicate the disease from the world.
