The dirty boar gravel ride is a very long ride nevertheless on average it takes the participants around 10 hours so it is extra important that you keep eating enough. We recommend around 80 grams of carbohydrates per hour and to keep drinking enough.
How do you do that with our products?
Drink every hour 400-500ml Isotonic sportdrink and every 40 min 1 endurancebar or Pro Fruit gel. This sounds like a lot, especially the drinking, so try to train in advance. This way you are ideally prepared for the start and you will not be surprised. Along the way you will also receive our food and you can fill your bottle with Isotonic sports drink.
